Market Stall Applications

Applications for Market Stalls, at Avoca Music Festival.

We will be accepting market stalls however, they must be of a standard and style to suit the discerning Festival patron. No food, Alcohol, or Drug paraphernalia will be accepted.

Please apply before February 29th.

All applications will be reviewed by our committee & successful applications will be notified by email, during February & early March.   Your application needs to include a full description of what you sell, and how many people will be with you. We allow 2 stall holder entry passes per site, any more you will have to pay for.

Stall area will be 3 metres by 3 metres, camping is available on-site, and pre erected tents are available on a twin share basis. Costs are listed elsewhere on the website. Stall holders will be given a subsidised camping fee.

Trestles will be available if required, at cost, and your site fee will be $30.00.
